India:
Orders are processed within 2–3 business days and typically delivered within 5 working days.
International:
Delivery timelines vary by destination and customs clearance, but most international orders arrive within 5–10 working days.
Note: These timeframes are estimates only. Once dispatched, Niralii is not responsible for delays caused by courier services, weather conditions, customs processing, or other unforeseen circumstances.

Customs and Duties
India:
No customs duties or additional charges apply to domestic shipments, as all orders ship directly from our Delhi office.
International:
Orders shipped outside India may be subject to import duties, VAT, or customs fees based on your country’s regulations. These charges are the customer’s responsibility and are not reimbursed by Niralii. We recommend checking with your local customs office before placing an international order.

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing a tracking number.
